This competition is organised by Teebikedomiciled at 28 Bd de Riquier, 06300 Nice, hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser".

Participants have the opportunity to win the following prize: 1 x New electric Teebike wheel.

There will be no costs to the winner for the delivery of the prize.

The prize cannot be given in the form of money.

The participant who is awarded a prize shall be obliged to pay the relevant taxes.

Participation in this competition is reserved for people who meet the following conditions:

Participant having filled in the competition form proposed on the Teebike stand during the Lépine 2023 competition from 27 April to 8 May at Paris-Expo.

4. Participation fees

This competition is a free game with no obligation to buy.

5. How to participate

Participation in the competition is open from 27/04/2023 at 08/05/2023.
Each person may participate only once. The participation takes place according to the following modalities:

The participant will have to fill in and validate the entire competition form available on the Teebike wheel stand when participating in the Lépine 2023 competition from 27 April to 8 May.

6. Designation of the winners

The winner will be determined as follows:

The winner will be selected at random from all the contacts collected during the operation.

7. Date and method of publication of results

The results will be announced on 09/05/2023. The winner will be contacted directly by the Organiser.

Personal data concerning the participants is collected with their consent in the context of this competition in order to establish the identity of the participant, to notify him/her in the event of winning and to deliver the prize awarded to him/her.
