Many of you have decided to cycle to work during this time to avoid taking public transportation, enjoying the streets without a car, and breathing great quality air. The perfect opportunity to take the plunge and bet on the Teebike wheel to allow you to travel these kilometers while managing your effort.

Can we order the Teebike wheel?

YES the whole Teebike range is available in our warehouse and in sufficient stock for the weeks to come.

At Teebike, we make every effort to prepare your packages with regulated hygiene measures and to deliver them to you as quickly as possible.

For all our deliveries with DPD, a new secure procedure has been implemented allowing “contactless delivery” thanks to a confidential code received by email and / or sms to be communicated to the delivery person upon receipt of the goods. In the absence of a code, you will be asked for your date of birth DD / MM / YYYY for validation.

What are the delivery times ?

DPD has taken the initiative to work only 3 days a week in order to clean up the logistics sites and allow their employees to rest, the absenteeism rate being high and the staff present heavily involved. Delivery times can therefore be extended by a few days. We are in constant contact with them and we will notify you of any progress.

Count between 5 and 6 days maximum between the time you place the order and the time you receive the wheel at home.

Important point: all deliveries to a relay point are no longer guaranteed, most of the stores being closed.

What are the exchange or return times?

For returns, the period of 14 days is extended. For all orders placed during confinement, we will accept returns of packages after confinement even if the delay is several weeks. The important thing is that you stay safe at home.
