*Conditions for returns and refunds during the trial period Following your return request, Teebike will send you by e-mail a prepaid return label enabling you to drop off the parcel at any Chronopost post office or parcel relay. The product and its components (charger, phone holder, bottom bracket sensor, tools, instructions, etc.) as well as its packaging (including the original box, chocks and packaging bag) must be returned in its original condition. The cumulative mileage of the wheel may not exceed 50 km. Once the product has been received and checked by our teams, provided that its condition complies with the above requirements, the total amount paid will be refunded within 14 days. Teebike reserves the right to refuse the refund or to reduce the amount if the products do not comply with the requirements indicated above. The trial period is intended to cover only one product for the corresponding date of purchase or receipt. If several products are purchased on different dates, the trial period will begin on the respective date of purchase or receipt of each product.
