1. Install your Teebike on your bike

It is simple, no cables ! You don't have to be a bike mechanic. You easily replace the wheel of your bike by the Teebike electric wheel.

2. Connect it to
the Teebike application

Download free of charge the application. Then there's no need for a network, the wheel connects via bluetooth to your smartphone.

Yes, except on racing bikes.
The fork is compatible with all city bikes, mountain bikes and bicycles.

Check its compatibility with your bike.

The Teebike wheel allows you toelectrify your bike in just a few minutes, and without any particular technical skills.

It is fitted in place of the bike's front wheel.

It is equipped with 3 levels of assistance electric to choose directly via the Teebike application to download onto your phone and connect to the wheel via Bluetooth.

Sound range is 60 km on average, and takes around 4 hours to fully recharge.

The little extra: it is equipped witha connected anti-theft device which is activated if there is any suspicious movement.

By subscribing to the Teebike wheel rental offer, you are charged :

  • 33 euros per month (au lieu de 50€/mois, avec le code KIOSQUE24MOIS)
  • The €150 security deposit (taken once and returned at the end of your rental contract)

Renewing is easy! As long as you don't cancel, direct debits will be taken automatically.

The rental amount is debited every 30 days from the date of your subscription. 

The rental price includes :

  • the cost ofshipping of the wheel
  • the costs of back and reconditioning following the return of the wheel at the end of your contract.
  • The replacement in the event of breakdown or theft (intentional damage or use not in accordance with the wheel's operating instructions is excluded).

The costs of reconditioning included in the rental charges take into account the traces of wear and tear linked to normal use of the wheel (e.g. small scratches, worn tyres, etc.).

Your security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental period, once the wheel has been received and examined by our technicians. If any parts are missing or the wheel is damaged (excluding signs of wear from normal use of the wheel), additional charges may be deducted.

The delivery of your Teebike wheel is free in mainland France.

It is sent via our partner DPD under 4 working days after final validation of your rental contract.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, against a signature (yours or a third party's). If you are absent, a new delivery will be scheduled. 

All you have to do is inflate the tyre.

Vous souhaitez résilier votre abonnement à la fin des 6 mois d’engagement ? Prévenez-nous by emailwe are sending you a prepaid label so that you can send back your wheel and its accessories. It can be used in any Chronopost or La Poste relay. 

On receipt of your wheel, we will check its condition and that of any additional assembly parts, and return your deposit if no damage has been found.

Si vous décidez de nous renvoyer la roue avant la fin des 6 mois d’engagement, des frais de dossier de 200€ vous seront facturés, auxquels seront déduites les mensualités déjà payées.

NB: Remember to keep the original packaging after receiving your wheel. It will be useful when you send it back to us at the end of your rental contract.

Want to keep your Teebike wheel?

Au bout des 6 mois d’engagement, vous pouvez soit garder la roue en location, soit l’acheter (sur la base du prix de 795€, auquel seront déduités les mensualités déjà réglées)

The Teebike electric front wheel is with a connected burglar alarm which is triggered by suspicious movement when activated.

For greater safety, however, we recommend that you attach the Teebike electric wheel to a fixed point with an approved anti-theft device or put it in a safe place.

If, despite this, your wheel is stolen, please follow the procedure below within 24 hours of the date of theft:

  • Contact us via the contact pageby mailor by telephone on 07.49.18.00.57.
  • Making a theft report at the nearest police station or gendarmerie and send us a copy of the report by e-mail, together with a copy of the purchase invoice for the approved anti-theft device with which you attached your wheel.

We can organise the free return of your wheel via the pre-paid label and packaging in which you received it, and the return of a new wheel.
