Reservation step by step

You bought your Teebike electric wheel on our website, but you don't know how to have it installed by a professional? Follow the guide!

  • First step: go to the Cyclofix website.
  • Click on "book my repair" and enter the address to which you want the technician to travel. 
  • You have reached the self-diagnosis stage. Select "I want to electrify my bike"..
  • The various Cyclofix services are displayed. You don't have to do anything at this stage except click on the "choose my availability"..
  • Select the date and time slot that suits you best. Allow a week between your appointment and the order date to ensure that the wheel has arrived on the day of installation. 
  • You are at the "information" stage. You are asked to help your repairer understand your problem. Just write "Teebike wheel installation".. It is not necessary to add photos.
  • Now is the time to tell us a little more about yourself! Fill in your details.
  • Enter your bank details and enter your discount code "TEEBIKE. You will only be charged after installation.

How much does it cost?

The price for the installation of the Teebike wheel by our partner Cyclofix is €48 plus €4 for travel expenses, but this is not the price you pay.

By filling in the promo code TEEBIKE on the Cyclofix website, you will receive a discount of 28€.

All in all, so you only pay 24€!  A price that includes :

  • The travel by a Cyclofix technician at the meeting place of your choice.
  • The assembly of the wheel Teebike on your non-electric bike.
  • The explanations of operation and a test the wheel.

Even if you enter your bank details when booking, you are not charged immediately. Only after the technician has signed the estimate and installed your electric bicycle wheel will you be charged!
