How do I return my wheel?
At Teebike, any customer who is not satisfied with the products ordered must be able to exercise his or her right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, without penalties and under the best conditions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us here.
The product can be returned in two ways:
- You return it directly to us using the means of transport of your choice.
- We will print you a stamped return slip. You can drop off your Teebike wheel at any Chronopost or La Poste station. Upon receipt of the wheel and after checking that it is in new condition, the refund will be made within 48 hours directly to your payment method (credit card or Paypal account).
Only returns or exchanges of products in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) and in perfect condition for resale (not soiled, not damaged, not used) will be accepted.
The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of a proven lack of conformity or hidden defects in the product.
