The Teebike electric wheel is designed to be ready for use as soon as you get on your bike. Sometimes, however, a reason or event occurs that prevents it from working as intended. If this happens, here are some steps to restart.
If your wheel stops responding while you are driving, stop in a safe place to perform the following operations:
- Check that the Bluetooth connection is activated on your phone.
- Check that the battery is charged
- Check that the name of your wheel appears at the top of the screen
If the connection does not work, close the application in your phone, reopen it and repeat the connection procedure.
