What are the delivery times?
In metropolitan France, it is necessary to count 3 working days between the time you place the order and the day you receive your Teebike wheel. Outside metropolitan France, you must allow two additional days.
These deadlines do not take into account the vagaries of weather conditions, strikes or road blockages.
At each stage of the delivery process, DPD will inform you of the progress of your delivery by e-mail or SMS. You can also access this information directly from your DPD customer account.
